Russian stainless steel imports in 2012
According to an assessment made by SpetsStal Association, Russian imports of stainless steel products in 2012, compared to 2011, decreased 4.5% down to 233.4 th. tons, including imports of longs -28.3%, seamless tubes -5.7%, welded tubes -12.7% and billets/slabs -16.7%.
Imports of flats rose 1.8% while those of wire increased 2.1%.
