Twelve months not enough. Investigation continues…

Russia’s Ministry for Industry and Trade has published an announcement (enactment #237 of 26th March 2010) on the prolongation of the anti-dumping investigation into imports of nickel-bearing stainless steel flat products from China, Korea, Brasil and South Africa.

The investigation, started on 27th March 2009, now has been lengthened for three months more till 27th June 2010.

The prospects of this investiation remain vague. After the anti-dumping against the EU ended (on 20th March 2010), there is no reason in banning imports from South Asia, Brasil and Africa.
