The anti-dumping investigation has been launched, basing on the statement from Russian plants: Red October VMZ, Chelyabinsky MZ and Serp I Molot.
In the course of 60 days after the official notification of the begun investigation, the Ministry will be collecting statements from all interested parties of participation in the investigation and hearings.
Spetsstal Association understands the unsubstantial character of the made decision and will be opposing it legally. We invite all interested parties to support us and jointly rise in opposition to the impending anti-dumping.
