Import of seamless pipes from Malaysia
EEC completed an anti-dumping investigation on the topic of import of seamless stainless steel pipes from Malaysia. As a result, it was proposed to extend the anti-dumping duty, previously established for seamless pipes from China (19.15%), for Malaysian pipes.
At the same time, the antidumping duty period remained unchanged - until May 18, 2018.
Chinese producers and exporters of seamless cold-deformed stainless steel pipes (HS 730441) can restore full-fledged business ties with importers from Russia and other EEC countries in 2018.
The best opportunity to resume cooperation is participation in the International Conference "Stainless Steel - 2018", which will be held in Moscow on March 15, 2018.
