Russia's stainless steel import is positive yet

According to SpetsStal's appraisal, the volume of stainless steel import to Russia in November 2014, compared to October, decreased by 19.8% to 19,562 tons.
Over Jan-Nov 2014, compared to the equal period of 2013, stainless steel import rose by 1.6% to 238,738 tons. Import of flat-rolled products rose by 6.7%, longs - 12.5%, wire - 21.8% and pipe fittings - 8.9%.
However, import of seamless tubes - decreased by 40.0%, welded tubes - 19.0% and slabs/ingots - 20.3%.
