Domestic stainless steel prices keep on falling

According to SpetsStal's appraisal, the prices for stainless steel products on Russia's domestic market keep on falling.

Average supply price for CR flats in August 2013, compared with July, decreased:
- for AISI 304 2В (08X18H9) by 1.5% to 133,600 rubles/ton, incl. VAT,
- for AISI 321 2В (12Х18Н10Т) by 0.4% to 151,520 rubles/ton, incl. VAT,
- for AISI 430 2В (08X17) by 0.5% to 71,564 rubles/ton, incl. VAT.

Average supply price for HR flats of the grade 12X18H10T (AISI 321) in August 2013, compared with July, decreased:
- of thicknesses 6-25 mm by 0.4% to 148,124 rubles/ton, incl. VAT,
- of thicknesses 30-80 mm by 0.1% to 149,876 rubles/ton, incl. VAT.

Average supply price for HR longs (diam. from 30 to 190 mm) in August 2013, compared with July, decreased:
- for the grade 12X18H10T by 0.1% to 151,695 rubles/ton, incl. VAT,
- for the grade 14X17H2 by 2.3% to 130,310 rubles/ton, incl. VAT,
- for the grade 40X13 by 1.3% to 69,367 rubles/ton, incl. VAT.
